Swimming Pool Technician Assistant

Armond Aquatech Pools is a growing third-generation, family-owned in-ground swimming pool construction, and service company. We build and maintain high-end swimming pools throughout the Main Line and Delaware Valley.
Job Description:
The Pool Technician Assistant for Armond Aquatech Pools will report to the Technical Manager,
assisting a trained Technician with assessing and repairing swimming pool equipment as well
as general swimming pool maintenance, and other duties as assigned by management.
Weekend and overtime work will be required at the discretion of management while in season.
Position Responsibilities

Assisting in the assessment and repair of swimming pool equipment

Assisting in the installation of swimming pool equipment

Assisting in the programming of automation systems and controls

Testing of pool water and balancing water to ensure a safe swimming environment for customers

Assisting in the cleaning and maintenance of customer's pools as needed

Maintain an ongoing inventory of chemicals, parts, and supplies on company-owned vehicle

Communication with customers of tasks performed, any relevant issues, and or possible future maintenance

Communicating with management regarding job status

Recording of work performed via phone application
Position Qualification

Willingness to learn swimming pool equipment maintenance and repair

Aptitude of basic general technical knowledge

Applicants have a valid drivers license

High School diploma or GED equivalent

Ability to communicate with customers, as well as be empathetic and responsive to customer concerns and needs

Must maintain a high degree of personal integrity, a strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team environment

Must possess a positive attitude, professional communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a clean appearance that reflects Armond Aquatech Pools
