Job Description & Responsibilities

Armond Aquatech Pools is currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for its Construction division in Bridgeport, PA.

​

Position Responsibilities

• Operate Skid Steer, Bobcat, a truck with trailer, small dump truck, and other general warehouse equipment

• General maintenance of warehouse, office facility & yard

• Maintain temporary & seasonal equipment

• Manage all aspects of day-to-day inventory, ordering, and receiving

• Fleet management skills, including but not limited to, truck inventory, organizing inspections, routine maintenance, and scheduling general repair

• Work with suppliers & manufacturers to maintain a proper inventory for the Construction department

• Conduct quarterly and end-of-year physical inventory

• Gatekeeping responsibilities include opening gate & warehouse daily

• Effectively communicate with the Service warehouse supervisor, Construction manager, technical manager & the entire administrative staff

• Develop a strong knowledge of pool chemicals, parts, equipment, suppliers, manufacturers & industry standards. As well as a knowledge of new products and market trends

• Ensure that the Construction warehouse is organized & clean

• Assist Construction team as needed during peak business periods

• Perform other related duties, as assigned

Position Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent

• Two years of general warehouse experience with references

• Excel, Word & Microsoft suite aptitude

• Previous pool industry knowledge is preferred but not required

• Ability to lift 75 pounds

• Clean driving record as well as a valid driver's license. CDL is not necessary but preferred

• Ability to pass Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Physical Exam

• Clean criminal record subject to background testing

• Drug test upon acceptance of the position

• Frequent Saturday work during peak season

• Positive attitude, professional communication, and problem-solving skills as well as a clean appearance that reflects Armond Aquatech Pools
